Addiscombe is a residential area within the London Borough of Croydon and borders South Norwood, East Croydon and Shirley. It has a variety of homes to include many smaller converted and purpose-built flats and all styles of houses to include Victorian, Edwardian, modern and newly built homes.

The Lower Addiscombe Road runs through the heart of Addiscombe between East Croydon and Shirley and you can find a variety of shops to include butchers, florists, greengrocer, bakers, post office, restaurants, wine bar, supermarkets and our Addiscombe office!

Addiscombe has a number of public houses and parks to include Bingham and Ashburton. Transport links include bus, tram and trains from East Croydon mainline station giving superb access into central London.

A number of excellent schools are within easy reach to include Trinity, Whitgift, Old Palace, Royal Russell, John Fisher and the BRIT School.
