Lettings Fee Information

The asking rent does not include letting fees and depending on your circumstances and the property you select, the following advance fees may apply:

Administration fee is dependent on the size of the property and desired speed of transaction and the number of tenants.

Referencing fee (including credit checks, bank, guarantor details, previous landlord, etc). These are carried out by an independent company and prices typically are no more than £75.00 including vat per person.

Inventory check in fee is only applicable if the landlord wishes to have a professional inventory carried out. The fee is dependent on the size of the property and whether a property is furnished or unfurnished.
