  • Change of Tenant Fee (New tenancy agreement) - £195.00
  • Application fo Landlords Licence (Overseas Landlords Only) - £295.00
  • Oversee Major Works (maintenance jobs over £600) - Price on Application
  • Tax Administration for Non-UK Residents, per quarter - £90.00
  • Issuing Notices (to include section 21 and section 8) - £195.00
  • Additional Property Visits (requested by Landlord) - £95.00
  • Attending Property at Landlord Request - £65.00 per hour (for access purposes for contractors/deliveries).
  • Attending Court on Landlords Behalf - £350.00 per day, per person
