  • A call out fee of £50 is levied for missed or aborted jobs.

  • An inventory originally created by Town & Country Inventories is automatically updated each time a check in takes place by Town & Country. This is included in our check in fee.
  • Where an inventory does not exist for a check out, a schedule of condition will be done and charged as a check out.
  • Please not that we do not release paperwork/electronic access codes to private landlords until payment is received.
